Re:   Name update for Hourly02 files

As of March 2011, the file naming convention for Hourly02
product files has changed to reflect a new file format.
The file format number is now '02'.

A typical station-year file is now named as follows:

CRNH0202-2011-AK_Barrow_4_ENE.txt
