Re:   Revision of the naming convention for Daily01 files

As of April 11, 2011 15:00 UTC the file naming convention for Daily01
product files has changed to use a different prefix.  Previously the
prefix of 'CRNDAILY' was used.  It has now been changed to 'CRND01'.
This change was made to align naming conventions with the Hourly02
product, where the product code is 'CRNH02'. The prefix is then
followed by a file format number. In this case, the file format
number is now '02'.

A typical station-year file is now named as follows:

CRND0102-2011-AK_Barrow_4_ENE.txt
