Status File for RATPAC

August 23, 2007, temporary fix of the problem reported on August 20:

Data after 1995 have been restored. They are currently based on IGRA version 
1.1 monthly means which will be replaced with the version 1.2 monthly means by
the time of the next RATPAC update on September 6. The impact of this change
on RATPAC is expected to be minimal.

data that serve as input to RATPAC. We will rectify the problem as soon as
possible and notify users of the fix via the status file.
